The Space station is now a day modern marvel of human beings. It would lead to humans to another one great leap in the future.it helps us to carry an experiment in zero-gravity and this was a help to understand the universe in better ways. This was the initial stage of humans to conquer the entire universe and far apart distance. The example experiments that are carry on space are grown plants in space, chemical reactions, etc. below we have seen the marvel fact of ISS (International space station).
In 1971, the first space station, Salyut 1 was launched from the soviet union on 19th April 1971 followed by many space stations is launched by various organizations. Since 1971 from today itself 11 space stations are launched. They are in chronological order Salyut 1, Skylab, Salyut 2, Salyut 3, Salyut 4, Salyut 5, Salyut 6, Salyut 7, mir, The International space station, Tiangong 1 and Tiangong 2.
Out of these stations currently, two are in progress they are ISS (International space station) and Tiangong 2. ISS (International space station) is a manned space station i.e., crew members are in space station regularly conducting experiments are there, and on the other hand, Tiangong 2 is unmanned since 2000.
ISS (International space station) was launched in 1998. It was launched by the joint cooperation of 5 organizations they are NASA (America), ROSCOSMOS (Russia), JAXA (Japan), ESA(Europe), and CSA(Canada). It is expected to operate still 2030 in space. Its first long-term resident arriving on 2 November 2000. The first crew arrives at the ISS on 31st October 2000.
ISS statistics are perigee altitude:408 km AMSL, apogee altitude:410km AMSL, and its orbital inclination is 51.64 degrees. Inside the station for the comfort of astronauts and cosmonauts they use the circumstance ECLSS (Environment control life support system) under this phenomena temperature, pressure, air, water, food resources, disposal, humans health and fitness all are maintained and provide a good comfort living environment for people who are therein, although some anti-gravity impacts also had apart.
The first ISS (International space station) module is Zarya, is launched on 20th November 1988 by Russians by use of Autonomous Russian Proton Rocket (ARPR). The STS-88 Space shuttle mission followed two weeks after Zarya was launched and it brings unity, the first of three nodes modules are connecting with Zarya.
